People with sensitive skin need extra care for their skin as sensitive skin is prone to get affected to external and internal factors more than other skin types. This is why many companies come up with products specially made for sensitive skin and they label these products as made for only sensitive skin. The sensitivity varies from one person to another. Well, all skin types are sensitive to some chemical based products, but the tolerance level of other skin types is on the higher side as compared to sensitive skin and the damaged caused due to chemical products to sensitive skin is more as compared to other skin types.

One can take care of sensitive skin with little care. Let us learn how to take care of sensitive skin on your own.

You can try using products labelled as ‘made for sensitive skin only’. Do not forget to check the instruction before you buy the product to see if there are any warnings specified on the label.

While choosing sensitive skin care products make sure that you choose the product having less added colourings, additives or preservatives.

Avoid using toners as toners are alcohol based and harmful for sensitive skin.

Try using gloves while engaging yourself in cleaning wherein you need to use chemicals like detergents etc.,

Try to protect your skin from excessive sun exposure. Before going out in the sun, apply sunscreen lotion to protect your skin from harmful ultra-violet rays.

You also need to protect your skin from dust and pollutants. To do this, you can cover yourself before you go out.

Try not to scrub your skin hard or exfoliate harshly. This can cause inflammation.

Keeping the make up for long hours can also damage your skin. Try to remove makeup using hypoallergenic removers available for removing makeup.

Try to use mild cleansers and you can also opt for organic skin care products to be on the safer side.

A mild moisturizing cream is recommended for sensitive skin. Apply enough moisturizer so that your skin remains hydrated.

Sensitive skin is all about being more careful. Sensitive skin can also react to certain products, which contain harsh chemicals so try to determine any product before using it. Herbal remedies prove to be effective for sensitive skin as they do not contain harsh chemicals. Using herbal skin care products will not cause any irritation to the sensitive skin. Well, it is always better to check any product before using by applying it on your skin to a small area and in case any irritation persists you can stop using that product. Having sensitive is nothing to worry about; it is just a little care that you need to take for your skin and it will glow like any other skin type.

The skin sensitive is characterized as a type of skin that reacts adversely to environmental changes such as sunlight or temperatures too high or too low, and to some cosmetics or other drugs.

The skin reacts sensitive turning red, may itch or burn, and can sometimes be confused with disorders such as eczema or rosacea.

If you think you have skin sensitive, you may need to consult a dermatologist who can determine if you have any health condition.

The skin sensitive sensitivity varies from presenting mild to severe, but with good care can be kept at bay.

Here are some tips on caring for skin sensitive:

Two very important things in your daily routine care of skin are cleansing and moisturizing, and people who have skin sensitive should use products are as pure as possible.

It is advisable to choose products that are fragrance, colorless and without preservatives. Cleanse your face twice daily with a mild cleanser and apply a water based moisturizer. Avoid oily or moisturizers that contain lanolin or mineral oil as they can block pores and cause blackheads. A good moisturizer is sunscreen containing common factor of 15 at least.

If you are using makeup, be sure to use hypoallergenic and non comedogenic products. Perhaps you should avoid mineral-based products because they may cause allergic reactions. Always make sure to remove the makeup when washing your face at the end of the day. Also, avoid washing your face with cold water or hot and the baths too hot as they can dry out too much skin.

The fact that your skin is sensitive does not mean you should not exfoliate. Use a gentle scrub once a week to remove dead cells and helps your skin breathes, keeping it healthy and fresh.

Care for skin fat

The skin fat is characterized by bright and oily to the touch and has large pores. The grease is caused by glands that produce too many secretions in the skin. This can lead to blackheads or acne.

The good news is that the skin fat is generally stronger and more durable and less prone to develop wrinkles or fine lines. But the fact that your skin is fat does not mean that those condemned to having acne forever. Just follow a healthy routine care of the skin, which can help keep those fluids to a minimum.

Tips on caring for skin fat

Basic care starts with washing your face twice a day, or three if possible. Since the skin is more resistant fat, many of the ingredients present in stronger care products of the skin are not necessary; therefore cleaner can be used regularly.

If you are constantly battling acne, you can use a cleanser that contains salicylic acid.

Clean the skin regularly is more important than using a cleaner for skin fat. Nonetheless, soaps and products containing alcohol should be avoided. The soap irritates the skin while the alcohol dries.

A very important tip for those with skin fat is to always remember to remove the makeup before bedtime. Leave it prevents the skin to breathe properly also blocks the pores and can cause blackheads or pimples. No matter how late you get home, you should make a habit of removing makeup.

If you are using a toner, you can continue to do so as it does not contain alcohol.

Hydration is also very important, even if fighting the skin fat. Use a moisturizer formulated for your type of skin.

Caring for the skin dry

Some people have skin dry during the winter, particularly if they live in dry climates, but others suffer from skin dry throughout the year. The skin dry is characterized by a very smooth texture with very small pores can be beautiful when you’re young, but if you care about her as the years pass can get you get early wrinkles, deep lines and skin irritation .

Anyway, the worry of the skin dry need not be a problem. Here are some tips or advice to care for the skin dry.

Basic care should include washing your face twice a day. Once in the morning and once before bed. Avoid soap can dry out even more because the skin. Use a gentle cleanser that is specific for dry skin. Also avoid using very hot water is for washing your face or shower because the hot water also dries the skin.

If you use an astringent tonic, make sure it does not contain alcohol, as this irritates and dries the skin. Hydration is also an important part of your routine care of the skin. You need a good moisturizer to keep your skin healthy.

Exfoliating also helps promote cell regeneration by removing dead cells, which helps the skin healthy to breathe better, although people with skin dry should do so only once a week to avoid irritating the skin. Use a gentle exfoliant and always apply a moisturizer after doing so.

Dry skin requires gentle soaps, cleaning with warm water and moisturizing and regenerative products, while fats should regulate excess oil they produce. The ventures require more attention, as they must combine the two previous cares to present a good appearance, especially in the so-called T-zone, which covers the forehead, nose and chin.
The special care needed for each type of skin does not have to be homogeneous, but quite the opposite.

Thus, dry skin requires showers with warm water, mild soap and moisturizing and regenerative products. Oily skin, astringent pads to remove excess fat and cosmetics with a base of oil-free water. Meanwhile, combination skin needs special treatment for the cheeks, which are usually drier, and the T-zone, which is more fat and is where the acne and other impurities. Know every skin care need specific help significantly to improve its appearance.

Dry Skin Care:
- Avoid long hot showers; hot water removes natural oils from the body much faster than warm water. Long showers or baths are, in fact, one of the causes of the drying of the skin. Limit exposure to hot water to five or ten minutes a day.

or lanolin, mineral oil and petrolatum These substances will help keep the water that has absorbed the skin during bathing.

or dimethicone and glycerin, bring water to the skin and keep it.

- Hydration, in fact, is important for combination skin because the fat area may also be dehydrated. Find a product of smooth texture and lightweight oil-free.

- How you apply the moisturizer will also help compensate for the dry zone with fat. Start spreading the product on the cheeks and massage until absorbed almost completely. Then spread it across his forehead, nose and chin, and will not excess.
After toning every night, you can improve your appearance a regenerating cream, containing Q10 and is rich in collagen and / or elastin.

My skin is very oily, and despite following the recommended care, do not fix the problem. What I can do?
The usual remedies are to cleanse your face with warm water and mild detergent, avoid harsh soaps, and use salicylic acid products for acne and astringent pads against irritation. If you have tried to no avail, should talk to a dermatologist to evaluate the case. Products may be prescribed to limit the production of oil in your skin.

17 years and I have problems with acne does drinking the sun can help me solve the problem?
The tan can give short term benefits, such as making the skin look less fat, but ultimately counterproductive. Moreover, young people are more prone to skin burns if in addition to excess sun using acne treatments or taking other medications. Always use sunscreen with a high protection factor (minimum 30) and consult a dermatologist to discuss your skin type and the best treatment advice.

Expert opinion
Knowledge of the characteristics of our skin can provide specific and effective care. People with dry skin, for example, should remedy the loss of natural oils that can lead to skin cracking. Exfoliate to remove dead cells, avoid long hot baths and choose an effective moisturizer can give very good results. Oily skin also needs hydration, but products with a base of fat-free water. It also requires cleaning with mild soap and alcohol-free because otherwise it might dry out. Still need more caution people with combination skin, because in the area have a fat face (forehead, nose and chin) and dry the cheeks. Again, there are some specific recommendations and products to balance the skin.

Among the main causes of this skin type can include genetic predisposition, internal factors (such as poor diet or stress) and external factors (pollution, medications, beauty treatments, etc.)

Sensitive skin does not “cure”, i.e. it ceases to be no further specific treatment. However, if you use the appropriate body and facial cosmetics can prevent irritation, reduce excessive reactivity and restore comfort to skin.

For the face and neck.

It is preferable that the remover is removed with water (cream or milk). Apply with gentle strokes to avoid altering the skin. To finish cleaning the toner replaced by thermal water, which calms and clears the skin?

Every day (morning and evening) use a protective moisturizing and soothing. In winter, or if your skin is dry, apply an emulsion evening restorative and nourishing, to strengthen the union of the cells of the epidermis. Another care recommended to use twice a week (or whenever you feel tightness or itching) a calming mask.

For the body.

Avoid showers and hot water baths and the sauna sessions long. Replace your shower gel for a smoother formula (oats, for example) and uses bath oil with natural formulas.

To exfoliate your skin using a natural sponge rather than products or mitt. And do not forget to apply a specific body lotion for sensitive skin, moisturize and relieve that tension.

Hair.

If you feel tightness in the scalp, wash your hair with warm water and use a shampoo that contains sulfates and is not suitable for daily use. Keep skin hydrated by thoroughly penetrate the mask and rinse with water.

In regard to coloring, dyes and permanent oxidation dyes often contain chemicals and ammonia, which can cause stinging or irritation, avoid it using natural dyes that do not include substances (like the new L’Oreal Inoa .)

Makeup

Choose to only specific cosmetic makeup for sensitive skin. These are made with few ingredients and high purity. The formula is simple, the lower the risk of irritation and some assets react with one another.

There is a wide range of products and possibilities, so it is important first of all learn to recognize which case we are. Know that sensitive skins are more prone to become red, irritated easily and have allergic reactions.

If you suspect that this is your case, let me warn you that some sensitive skins requiring special care, pay very close attention to cosmetic products that are used (creams, makeup, lotions, etc.)..

My recommendations to consider are:

Always use hypoallergenic products without dyes or perfumes.

Be careful with the scalp as well as people with sensitive skin are likely to have the same problem in it. So always used shampoo neutral pH, without dyes.
Watch your diet with special attention. This also affects the health of the skin, so do not abuse alcohol or spicy.

If you have opportunities to access, you commented that the thermal water is a good choice since it has relaxing effects, decongestants and moisturizers. It does not irritate the skin and helps restore skin tone and smoothness.

I hope I’ve provided a basic guide to help you recognize the natural condition of your skin. Do not forget that my contributions are always general advice and in case of severe disease or worsening of symptoms, you should not hesitate to consult a specialist immediately.

It may be a passing episode or a permanent condition, whatever the cause, not only can cause skin disorders but premature skin aging and can be more vulnerable to allergies.

Sensitive skin is one of the most common skin type affects all women (and men) at some point in their lives, and especially those found in pre-menopausal. First you say that you need to know your skin type (sensitive, dry, oily) and also check carefully mind that all the products you normally use are appropriate for your skin type.

If you want to know if many of the complaints or problems you suffer, correspond to this case, I commented that recognition (sensitive skin) is quite easy as it manifests:

Itching, peeling, grain, burning and swelling are some of the symptoms that indicate an imbalance in the defense of the epidermis.

In healthy skin, the defense cells to detect and neutralize the offending agent no consequence. But on sensitive skin its react disproportionately defensive cells, causing a series of reactions that are then translated into irritation, discomfort, etc.

The horny layer of the skin, the surface that protects us from external aggression and this does nothing to defend if you have sensitive skin. Moreover, the problem is that this barrier is somewhat worn, peeling, dry and unable to defend itself properly.
