<p><strong>For good skin health, note these tips and put them into practice</strong>:</p>
<p>- You have to give baths short and possibly not very hot water as this strips the natural moisture of the skin.</p>
<p>- It is ideal choice creamy soap, bath oils, high in moisturizing and neutral as possible without perfume.</p>
<p>- It is very good time when you shower the <strong>skin peel</strong>. It can be done with polishes, with loofah to <strong>remove dead cells</strong>.</p>
<p>- <strong>Moisturizes the skin</strong>, is one of the rules number one health largest organ of our body. During the winter the cold, heat, humidity and wind will reduce the overall so it is good to use daily moisturizers and nutrients. The best time to do this is after the shower because the pores are open and the skin more receptive.</p>
<p>- <strong>Drink plenty of water</strong>, is ideal about 2 or 3 liters a day. Good to know that not only have to drink water but eat foods that contain it, such as fruits and vegetables.</p>

<p>- Eat nuts which contain vitamin C and E and essential fatty acids.</p>
