<p><strong>Instructions</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>As a primary measure is recommended to people to keep fingernails short and clean, and if scratching it with the palm of the hand.</li>
<li>Avoid tight clothing and synthetic fabrics and wool.</li>
<li>Preferably use loose clothing and cotton.</li>
<li>Avoid hot showers.</li>
<li>Take short baths with neutral detergent and then apply moisturizer.</li>

<li>Keep humidified environment.</li>

<li>A pharmacological level, the most used are antihistamines.</li>
<li>The most effective is hydroxyzine; the usual dose is 10 mg / 8 hrs.</li>
<li>In patients unresponsive to antihistamines, it is recommended that doxepin, an antidepressant, the dose is 25 mg / 8 hrs.</li>
