Everything we do or fail to do affects the same, therefore there are many ways to look after her and harm her. But, as in Makeufits we care about what is best for your health, today we’ll show you some things that are good for your skin.

Oil

Usually they say that oil is quite harmful to the skin, we usually avoid at all costs and even some people have stopped buying oil products in order to care for your skin. However, oil dosed in small amounts can be very good. We’re talking both to eat with oil using beauty products that contain it.

Sleep

Personally, I love sleeping and I do what I can, is healthy, comforting, and other fun. But it has become more rewarding since I know I have a good rest helps regenerate the skin and therefore able to improve it.

Achieve at least 7 continuous hours of rest will be reflected on your skin immediately. This is because during sleep we’re always in a state of relaxation where the skin tends to relax and regenerate.

Honey

It is said that sugar is an enemy of the skin, and therefore the honey as well. But I have something to tell: the honey in small doses it does good for the skin. So do not be afraid to buy products with honey or create your own masks based on it.

Be active

As sleep is good for stress relief, physical activity works wonders to keep our skin elastic, bright and young all the time. This may seem useless at first but half is really recommended to prevent the effect of years.

Vitamins

Taking vitamins is more than recommended for skin care. It requires vitamin A, B, C and E. They can be taken through food and vitamin supplements. Obviously, it’s better if you would naturally get from our food. But if appropriate either of two methods is efficient.

Chocolate

Chocolate is the real icing on this cake. In case you did not know, black chocolate, the most bitter with antioxidants, minerals and vitamins that help delay skin aging.

If you want to know more about your personal care I invite you to read about these 8 foods that are good for your hair.

I hope that following these recommendations you get healthier skin and cute. If you got results I invite you to leave your comments below.

People with acne should enhance this care. SkinErrors gives you guidelines to care for you and yours.

Know and care for our skin and our children.

Summer is synonymous with sun, but what we know about the sun? The sun is the closest star to us. It is essential for life, for growth of plants, animals and men, but its radiation can have a harmful effect on the body, especially in the skin.

The Earth receives only a small part of this radiation as different layers of the atmosphere stops most harmful radiation to humans. The ozone layer is located at 25km altitude in the stratosphere, is an essential ecological barrier for the Earth, absorbing very efficiently gamma rays, X rays and UVC.

The energy that reaches the earth consists of:

* Infrared rays, responsible for the sensation of heat.
* Visible light is composed of seven colors of the rainbow (violet, indigo, blue, green, yellow, orange and red).
* Ultraviolet (UVA and UVB), invisible to the human eye and higher energy than visible light.

Each of these components of energy is also responsible for adverse effects such as dehydration or heat stroke (infrared rays), skin aging (visible light), skin cancers (UV) or sunburn (UVB rays).

To protect our skin, we must know our skin type, since we are all equal before the sun. Everything depends on your skin type, which is defined by skin color, hair color, sunburn tendency and ability to tan. These features are genetically programmed.

But we must also take into account the conditions of sun exposure. In addition, sometimes the skin may have a heightened sensitivity to the sun regardless of skin type, because it has suffered repeated attacks (weather, cosmetics, and drugs) or because they react to stimuli that would not react normal skin (allergy) and may even become intolerant to the sun.

Contrary to what one might think, misses a cloudy sky UVA and UVB rays. Only stops the infrared, so do not feel warm feeling but we can burn. Also, we often forget that the visible light and ultraviolet rays from the sun can reach human skin also indirectly, by reflecting on various surfaces: about 20% water, about 10% grass in the snow for 85 % sand and 15 to 25%.

So it will be convenient to follow a series of key recommendations from the sun and especially in children advises Dr. Miguel Gonzalez Nebreda, general dermatologist and skin cancer prevention.

Skin care of the child:

* Do not expose to the sun for a child less than 3 years.
* No sun exposure between 12 am and 16h.
* Remember to protect the child t-shirt, hat and sunglasses, plus sun protection.
* Use appropriate protection to the skin type of children: resistant to water, sand and a high tolerance.
* Apply the solar product 30 minutes before going outside.
* Re-apply sunscreen every 2 hours and after swimming.
* Insist on all the back, face, nose, ears and neck.
* Protect your child into all activities in the sun.
* It is necessary to drink water regularly, because the solar radiation dehydrates the body.

Skin care adult acne especially if you have:

* Acne is a condition that usually occurs in adolescents, young adults and a small percentage of people over 30 years. Sometimes, the aesthetic effects are important, since the lesions appear mainly on face, chest and back affecting the adolescent self-esteem at a critical point of development that is taking hold their personality, and can be accompanied by psychological effects as they feel that its image is distorted.
* Acne is a curable disease and the patient should see a dermatologist before the onset of sequelae, if possible.
* A good doctor-patient relationship is therefore critical to ensure appropriate handling, being essential to gain the confidence of the patient, in addition to offering medical and psychological support.
* It should be explained in detail to the patient the nature of your acne, tell him it’s a resolute autoimmune disease that may require treatment to a greater or lesser extent for several years.
* It is very important to a proper clinical trial to determine the causes of the process, going after the application of appropriate treatment in each case.
* Facial hygiene is very important, but not abuse, just morning and night, and otherwise unprotected skin and can cause a rebound effect with a consequent increase of sebum while dehydration of the skin.
* Prohibit manipulation of the lesions to avoid possible scarring.
* We must use appropriate cosmetic skin such increased seborrhea usually using oil free products or free of fat both moisturizing, protective, shaving lotions or cosmetics, otherwise worsen acne.
* Currently there are many oil-free products on the market that can be applied without prejudice.
* Avoid contact of the hair on the forehead and cheeks, or any type of occlusion of the affected areas because we could make acne worse.

According to dermatologists, there are two causes or types of aging: intrinsic (internal) and extrinsic (external causes). The internal aging is mostly a result of our genetic heritage and we have no control over it. But the major cause of aging is external and we have some control over this.

The intrinsic aging or hereditary

Intrinsic aging is also known as chronological aging. Our skin changes at puberty and continues to change. The signs of intrinsic aging are most notable:

Changes in skin

As time passes after adolescence the skin begins to become more and drier. This is due to hormonal changes. When approaching menopause dryness increases. For this reason most hydrating creams are used as time passes and you can consume more omega3.

Dryness may also be caused by the lack of fat in the diet but this is not common.

Wrinkles, lines and sagging

This is mainly due to the natural loss of collagen and elastin. As time passes the skin loses the ability to regenerate as fast as it does when we are young.
Large pores

But has been careful skin pores gradually get bigger and if there is genetic predisposition more open.

External or extrinsic aging

The external aging is also known as aging caused by the environment.

This type of aging is due to a large extent the damage caused by the sun on the skin.

The most common signs of external aging are:

Changes in skin texture

Sun exposure damages the skin by putting harsher. Sun damage promotes free radicals that destroy collagen and elastin.

Stains

Most stains and discolorations in the skin are caused or aggravated by the sun. As time passes, the damage that the sun has been causing the skin since we were children begin to show.

Excessive wrinkles

Although wrinkles are inevitable can be delayed and its excess may be due to external factors such as smoking, poor diet, excessive sun exposure and lack of care for the skin. All these factors are beyond our control.

Sagging skin

The villain of the sun is again part of the blame. The sun’s rays damage the skin structure. This is visible in special machines which can be seen as the skin becomes thinner and less elastin. Elastin is necessary to keep the skin firm and elastic. With age, levels off but the low sun even more.

Tips

It is never too late or too early to start caring for the skin. Above all, protect it from sun and use a moisturizer after 25. Do not smoke and follow a healthy lifestyle.

Do you have attractive tan over the summer? Well, you should know that sun exposure ages your skin, as ultraviolet rays are responsible for the tanning of the skin but also because they are aging that impact deeper, reaching into the dermis and damage the elastic fibers and collagen, causing sagging and wrinkles.

Exposure to the sun to find a tan is a contradiction, because it looks beautiful but otherwise there is skin aging.

For example, two women of the same age and same skin, one that was exhibited for many years in the sun and one not: there is photoaging. Skin exposed to UV aging faster, leading to the appearance of wrinkles, blemishes, dryness, sagging. The dermatologist Parafiniuk Cristina explained that “we must not only worry about the effects of ‘evil’, but others such as skin aging, as changes in life priorities have changed. This is caused by accumulation over the years, there how to stop it.

That’s why we say ‘the skin has a memory’, and we eventually take its toll: it decreases the elasticity, texture, becomes opaque, and spots appear all this makes us look ‘older’ than our actual age. ”

The preventive strategy focuses on the major modifiable risk factor, exposure to the sun to reduce it through proper and adequate photoprotection. Photoprotection can be defined as the set of measures which limit the cumulative skin damage induced by solar radiation. If you go to the beach or you are exposed to the sun any circumstances, do not forget sunscreen put you 15 minutes before, and replace it every three hours, at least in the most exposed areas.

It is important to take care of children as it is known that young children are exposed to the sun three times more than adults and it is estimated that between 50 to 80% of solar exposure time in the life of a person occurs before to reach 18.

What is it?
Premature aging is driven by a cluster of attacks that damage our bodies ahead of schedule. They can be internal factors, external conditions, or genetic-that is, poor eating habits, use of snuff , stress, pollution or excessive exposure to sun-, (link to photoprotection according to skin type) but the result is the same: a clear wear our body that may be visible in facial features or skin. Sever the face, neck, décolleté and hands are the parts that are most affected because they are unprotected throughout the year.
Poor eating habits, consumption of snuff, stress, excessive sun exposure and aging skin contamination.

Signs and Symptoms

The two most damaging attacks are the sun and snuff, a habit latter that accelerates the normal aging process of the body in general and in particular the skin, which favors the appearance of wrinkles. The consequences of smoking may be visible only after 10 years consuming snuff.
The connection between snuff and wrinkles can be explained. The nicotine in cigarettes constricts blood vessels in the outermost layers of the skin. This prevents blood flow to the skin, and a smaller volume flow of oxygen, nutrients and vitamin A is lower. Many chemicals that behave carries snuff also that cigarettes damage the collagen and elastin which are fibers that give firmness to the skin. As a result, skin sags and wrinkles prematurely.
Not only that. Exposure to cigarette smoking leads to the adoption of a series of facial gestures, pursing your lips when inhaling the smoke, squinting to avoid getting smoke that over the years will leave a characteristic wrinkles.

How and why does it happen?
We sometimes wonder why two people of the same age have different look as the years passed, what is it that one of the two seems to have aged prematurely. This may be due in part to these external aggressions wearing above the body and to the not always take appropriate action. Some of them contribute to the production of free radicals, molecules that are elevated in the origin of diseases or symptoms of aging. A possible antidote is the antioxidant nutrients found in certain foods: citrus fruits, strawberries, kiwis, tomatoes, carrots, cabbage, beans, and for some time, some creams that are a good tool wear cell of our body. The most effective are those containing vitamins A, C and E, above all, and beta carotene, selenium and polyphenols
Premature aging is driven by a cluster of attacks that cause our body to deteriorate ahead of schedule.

Treatment and prevention
Given the agents that cause premature aging and its ability to damage, it is best to take the following measures.

Sun protection
-Avoid sun exposure between 10.00 and 16.00, when it is more harmful.
Cover the skin-whether to have an outdoor activity for long periods.
-Use sunscreen when exposed to sunlight. Apply half an hour before going outdoors and again at two hours after sweating heavily or after bathing.

No smoking
In addition to harming the elements that give firmness to the skin and encourage the development of cancer, some studies suggest that smokers have an increased risk for psoriasis, a chronic condition that usually causes scaly patches on the skin, usually on the knees, elbows, scalp, hands, feet and back.
A possible antidote to the premature aging of the skin is antioxidants, nutrients found in many foods and, for some time, some creams that fight cell in our body wear

Care for damaged skin
There are former smokers who decide to take action to make your skin look healthier. There are several options. One of them is topical creams that include retinoids, although their application must have the supervision of a dermatologist, and antioxidants like vitamins C and E. We also recommend using a sunscreen every day. Other possible treatments are laser and chemical peels to remove the outer layers of aged and damaged skin.

Premature aging of the skin is directly related to external stresses such as ultraviolet rays or snuff; we can avoid or minimize to look healthier.

FAQ

What external aggressions are most harmful for my skin?
Especially, UV rays and snuffs, so that not too many hours exposed to sunlight, wear protection and consult your physician for help quitting.

How I can fight?
With antioxidant foods or creams, the most effective products are those that contain vitamins A, C and E, above all, and beta carotene, selenium and polyphenols.

Can snuff cause other problems in my skin than aging?
Some studies suggest that smokers have an increased risk of developing psoriasis, a chronic condition that usually causes scaly patches on the skin

Expert opinion
Premature aging of the skin is associated with genetic factors and a number of external aggressions against those who do not always act with sufficient effectiveness. Excessive exposure to ultraviolet rays and snuff are two of them. It is advisable to adopt the habit of caring for skin creams and moisturizers from youth, as some of the worst damage occurring at an early age. Diets rich in antioxidants, providing an element that certain foods: citrus fruits, strawberries, kiwis, tomatoes, carrots, lettuce, spinach, cocoa and vegetables, help to obtain a healthy and mitigate the effect of these attacks.

One of the best known in recent times has been glycolic acid, which researchers say is the only safe giving us a comprehensive solution to the recovery of aged skin.

While there were various acids that have been tested, the glycolic came to be seen only by the positive effects thereof, such as selective shedding of cells to be removed.

It also has the power to make their way to reach deeper areas of tissue. It also acts as a great collector of moisture, which means to increase the amount of it also, improves performance for which we have.

The skins of the elderly suffer more because they are weak and susceptible to not being maintained in adulthood. Preventive measures, the use of specific products and regular visits to the dermatologist reduce the risk of skin problems.

Too much sun and obsolescence of protective creams in adulthood lead to increased wrinkles and a weakening of the skin in old age, making it more sensitive and increases the risk to suffer from skin diseases. In these circumstances, the Spanish Academy of Dermatology has warned that the aging of the skin is an issue that deserves the attention of those affected, their families and health authorities.

How other body organs, skin, over time, it ages and deteriorates. The elderly should take extra care as wrinkles and dryness make it more sensitive and increases the likelihood of sunburn.

Environmental changes in temperature cause more dry skin. Therefore, especially the elderly have to keep hydrated and protected from these changes and ultraviolet rays. The areas most photo exposed are neck and face, and that is where we must exercise extreme care.

According to the Spanish Academy of Dermatology (AEDV), special moisturizers for each area of the body are essential for the elderly regardless of having it or not in bad shape as it is necessary to wear clothing and footwear appropriate to the changing climate.

The more continuous use of medication during this stage of life makes manifest in some skin intolerance reactions, etc…

The AEDV recommends that seniors attend at least once a year to a dermatologist if the patient does not suffer serious skin lesions and tumor, or badly damaged skin from the sun. In this case, the visits should be scheduled at least every 6 months.

In cases where the patient has limited mobility because of age, illness or having to spend much time in bed is likely to be difficult to heal ulcers, so the easiest thing is that the caregiver take care to avoid friction and pressure on areas affected by changing his position every two or three hours.

Prevention during adulthood affects the skin condition in old age, and even taking care is difficult to maintain a completely healthy skin. Thanks to the media the population is becoming more aware of the risk experienced by the skin and consults your dermatologist when they see a risk factor, such as increased size of a mole or redness of it.

Dermatology recommends:

The elders use moisturizers specifically for each area of the body.

An annual consultation to a dermatologist if you have a healthy skin and at least two if you photo aged skin.

Those responsible for the care of elderly with limited movement must change position every 2 or 3 hours to prevent ulcers.

The footwear and clothing that protect them from climate change.

Prevent of wrinkles caused by the sun during adulthood with specific creams.

Avoid the use of snuff, which is involved in skin aging.

Mole or appearance of any skin lesion must consult with specialist.

It may be a passing episode or a permanent condition, whatever the cause, not only can cause skin disorders but premature skin aging and can be more vulnerable to allergies.

Sensitive skin is one of the most common skin type affects all women (and men) at some point in their lives, and especially those found in pre-menopausal. First you say that you need to know your skin type (sensitive, dry, oily) and also check carefully mind that all the products you normally use are appropriate for your skin type.

If you want to know if many of the complaints or problems you suffer, correspond to this case, I commented that recognition (sensitive skin) is quite easy as it manifests:

Itching, peeling, grain, burning and swelling are some of the symptoms that indicate an imbalance in the defense of the epidermis.

In healthy skin, the defense cells to detect and neutralize the offending agent no consequence. But on sensitive skin its react disproportionately defensive cells, causing a series of reactions that are then translated into irritation, discomfort, etc.

The horny layer of the skin, the surface that protects us from external aggression and this does nothing to defend if you have sensitive skin. Moreover, the problem is that this barrier is somewhat worn, peeling, dry and unable to defend itself properly.
