Oil and skin cleansing

The skin can be cleaned with oil because the impurities and makeup dissolve it. The oil is then removed with water but leave some of their nutrients in the skin.

The idea of using oil is not new, nor is it unique natural cosmetics. The oil for facial cleansing is widely used in Japan and the Japanese company Shu Uemura has made it popular worldwide.

Our recommendation is to do little at first to try the recipe. Can be used as daily cleaning or just a few times a week for deep cleaning. Some people do not require additional hydrant after cleaning the face with natural oils.

The recipe uses two oils:
Preferably olive oil extra virgin. It improves texture and provides nutrients to the skin. Olive oil has a pH similar to the skin so not irritated or upset.

Castor oil. This is used for cleaning, is the oil that removes impurities.

Recipe for cleaning oil

You will need

• A clean, dry cloth to keep the oil
• Ultra virgin olive oil preferably organic (biological)
• Castor oil (castor)
• Optional: essential oils
• A washcloth

You can use other oils such as almond, jojoba, evening primrose and others.

Steps to develop the oil cleaner
1 – Select the oil blend that best suits your skin type. The following are suggestions that can be adjusted to your liking.

Normal skin. Provide one to one of the castor and olive oils. Half olive half castor

Oily or acne-prone: 3 parts castor oil an olive

Dry and sensitive: Part of castor oil to three parts olive

2 – Mix the oils in the bottle

And that’s all.

How to use the cleansing oil

1 – Put a little oil mixture on the hands and rub gently over the face with emphasis on areas with more makeup and dirt. Wait a few seconds for the oil to penetrate and rub again. You can expect up to a minute for a more thorough cleaning.

2 – Soak a cloth or a washcloth with warm water (never boiling!). Put the cloth over his face to keep the pores open heat and remove more impurities. Leave the cloth for about 30 seconds or a minute.

3 – Soak the towel again and rub on the face to remove excess oil.

4 – Be careful to put on the eyes.

Cleaning with essential oils

For all skin types: Essential oil of geranium, lavender, neroli.
Sensitive dry skin: Neroli, rose

Disadvantages of oil to clean the face

Need:

1 bit clean cotton
Jojoba oil (which can be purchased from any natural or pharmaceutical)
Tea Tree Oil

First, mix a tablespoon of jojoba oil with 10 drops of Tea Tree Oil. Do not use metal, it is best to use glass or ceramic container perfectly clean.

Wash your hands and nails with a brush, to avoid any contamination.

Then proceeds to wet the cotton with warm water and then drain.

Apply the swab to the affected area until it cools and repeat once more. The heat softens the oil dissolves retained within the blackheads and pimples – and take out the dirt ground in your oily skin.

Apply the mixture with your fingers, jojoba oil and tea tree oil, a gentle massage for several minutes.

Leave it overnight and wash it when you rise.

Make this home treatment for oily skin twice a week until you start to see the excellent results, then to once a week is sufficient to prevent the problem from recurring.
