Harmful ingredients list
Dermaologie experts believe that these components should be excluded, or to be replaced with natural benefits:
* Imidazolidinyl urea and diazolidinyl urea-toxic preservatives;
* Methyl / propyl / butyl / ethyl paraben – the most used preservatives, produce hormonal disorders;
* Methylchloroisothiazolinon and methylisothiazolinon – affects the nervous system and cause allergies;
* Mineral oil and its derivatives (wax and other petrochemicals);
* Sodium lauryl sulfate (SLS) – is found in most shampoos and foam bath and soap;
* Propylene Glycol;
* Talc;
* Lanolin;
* Stearalkonium Chloride – a chemical used as an ingredient in hair conditioner and various creams;
* Synthetic perfumes and dyes – allergens, are carcinogenic and affects the nervous system.
* Ingredients that end in “-eth” and those that include the term “PEG”
* Triclosan and triclocarban which have adverse effects on thyroid function;
* Triethanolamine (TEA) – causes allergies;
* Phthalates, which are carcinogenic and hormone disrupting.
Products that we must avoid
* Anti-aging creams that contain alfahidroxiacids (AHA) such as lactic acid, glycolic or AHA fruit acids and beta-hydroxy acid (BHA);
* Hair dyes that contain ammonia, peroxide, p-phenylenediamina, diaminobenzene, all permanent black dye;
* Liquid hand soaps that contain triclosan;
* Nail polish and remover products that contain formaldehyde lake;
* Creams containing hidroquinona enlightening.
What to avoid?
* Avoid using creams for diaper rash because contain boric acid and sodium borate;
* Avoid 2-bromo-2-nitropropane-1 ,3-diol of baby wet wipes;
* Avoid toothpaste that contains fluoride when your child is under two years;
* Do not let cosmetics (lipstick, perfume, nail polish) to reach the child.
Nine basic rules
1. It is recommended to select natural products that does not have an endless list of ingredients impossible to decipher;
2. Limit yourself to fewer ingredients to avoid much as possible the harmful ones;
3. Do not rely on the fact that is noted on the product packaging words like “100% natural,” but carefully analyzing the ingredients of the content;
4. Read everything front and back on the product packaging;
5. Do not rely on the fact that the product is specified on the package “bio / organic”, but considering only the list of ingredients;
6. Try not to use a lot of beauty products in a day, limit yourself to fewer safer ones.
7. Seaweed due to its high in vitamins, minerals and amino acids are highly effective against cellulite.
