The cellulite (orange skin) is the wavy appearance of the skin, usually on the thighs and buttocks of women. This is a purely cosmetic problem, not a medical condition, but for some people is a real problem. It is caused by fat deposits that accumulate along with the collagen fibers, anchoring below the muscle.
