Natural masks for the face

With simple ingredients you find in your kitchen you can nourish, cleanse and moisturize your skin with good results.

Facial masks are used to exfoliate, moisturize and relax the face. There are many ways to prepare at home with basic ingredients that we all have, so no excuses not to start today with these beauty treatments.

With only 10 minutes a week, these masks are very good allies to fight the itching, redness or tightness of the skin and give a bright and healthy.

Normal to Dry Skin

Cream, egg and lemon. Whisk 3 tablespoons heavy cream (cream) + 1 egg yolk + a few drops of lemon juice. Is placed on the face, let stand 20 minutes and rinse with warm water.

Avocado. Crush one ripe avocado to a puree + 1 teaspoon olive oil. Apply to face, leave on for 10 minutes and remove with warm water.

Wrinkle potatoes. 1 finely grated raw potato + 1 tablespoon of chamomile tea. Apply on face for 15 minutes and then rinse with warm water.

Oily Skin

For these cases it is ideal astringent mask with some acid element that balances the gratitude of the skin and reduce pores, or an exfoliating treatment to remove impurities.

Lemon or vinegar. Apply 2 tablespoons of lemon juice or apple cider vinegar on oily areas of the face (especially the forehead, chin and nose). Leave on for 30 minutes then remove with warm water.

Exfoliating oatmeal and milk. Mix 1 tablespoon of oat flakes + 2 tablespoons milk to make a cream. Apply on face with circular movements and rinse with warm water.

Vegetation invigorating. Juice of 1 lemon + 1 / 2 + orange juice poured from a small cucumber peeled grated + strained juice of a small apple peeled grated + 1 tablespoon of rubbing alcohol. Apply the preparation on the face with a cotton ball, leave on for 30 minutes and then remove with warm water. It can be kept in a bottle in the refrigerator for 15 days for a second application.

Lemon to remove blackheads. Mix lemon juice ½ teaspoon sugar + 1. Apply to nose and chin in circular motions and then removed with warm water.

Of tomato black spots. Cut a small tomato in half and rub the affected area. Leave the juice for 15 minutes and then rinse with warm water.

For all skin types

These masks back shine and vitality and are of more general use.

Honey and yeast. Beat 1 egg + 1 tablespoon of honey + 1 tablespoon of brewer’s yeast.

Apply on face, leave on for 15 minutes and wash with warm water.

Honey and yogurt. Mix 1 tablespoon honey yogurt + 1 tablespoon + 1 tablespoon of milk powder to make a stiff dough. Apply, leave on for 15 minutes and rinse with warm water.

Oatmeal, egg and lemon. Beat 1 egg yolk 1 lemon + juice + 2 tablespoons ground oats to form a cream. Apply to face and when it dries, rinse with warm water.

Of vinegar-based cleaning. Beat 1 egg + 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar + ½ teaspoon sugar + 1 tablespoon olive oil until emulsified and creamy. Apply on face and neck away from your eyes, leave on for 15 minutes and remove with warm water.
