The passage of time can not be stopped, but slow … or expedited. There are a few ordinary habits which, believe it or not, you add many more years than you have. For example, did not sleep well accelerate aging? Or that drinking sherbet often favors the appearance of wrinkles around the mouth?

Pay attention to the following habits that age. If you want to look younger or save a few years of your image, you have to avoid as far as possible.

Stress. We have already seen the damage of stress on the skin. The main stress hormone, cortisol, breaks down collagen that keeps skin firm and youthful.

Relying on makeup with sunscreen. Most protect against UVB but not UVA. Also, to really take effect protection, you should use much makeup.
Do not ignore your neck and your hands. If you are using antiaging cream, do not forget to apply it on your hands and neck. These areas may reveal many more years than they actually have.

Do not wash your hands with soap. The lack of hygiene dry skin, plus it makes her look unhealthy and attractive.
