Nutrition What you eat shows in your skin. Some dermatologists for years debated the effect of food or diet on the skin.

But this is changing and now in USA the most famous cosmetic dermatologists have specialized in specific recommendations for a healthy and beautiful skin.

Diet for Beautiful Skin

These foods will give you a finer skin pores; acne and less prone to more light but also will help you lose weight if you eat moderate portions

1 – Balance. Eat a balanced diet that includes all food groups: proteins, carbohydrates (carbohydrates) and fats.

2-Fruits and vegetables. Sure to consume at least 5 servings of fruits and vegetables

3 – Fiber. Include fiber in your diet. Generally recommended 20 to 35 grams per day. There are two types of soluble and insoluble fiber, your body needs both.

The fiber comes from plant foods, vegetables and fruits generally have a combination of soluble and insoluble fiber, but contain more than the other.

Foods high in soluble fiber include beans, lentils, oats, barley and some fruits such as citrus and apples.

In foods rich in insoluble fiber include: whole grains like whole wheat flour, cereals, seeds and the seeds and skins of some fruits and vegetables.
