1. Damage from Sun Exposure

An exfoliating removes the surface layer of the skin, the uppermost part of the epidermis, which serves as a protective barrier for the skin. Once this layer is removed, the skin becomes vulnerable to sunburn, wrinkles, sun spots and cancerous lesions. Both chemical and physical exfoliation can increase these risks, as well as professional treatment, such as abrasion and chemical peels, which penetrate deeper and more cells removed from the skin.

Solutions for Damage Caused by Sun Exposure:

* Exfoliate your skin at night while you sleep so that the skin has time to repair the wall and replace the oils that have been stripped.

* Do your best to use sunscreen with an SPF of at least 15. Every day, and stop the peeling skin 48 hours before going to a sunny vacation days

* After passing through a microdermabrasion or a chemical peel, avoid scrubs at home for 2 days, slather on the sunscreen and stay in the shade for 2 weeks.

2. Broken capillaries Skin

The strong exfoliating or washing with a cloth too rough can cause microscopic tears in the skin and cause blood vessels to break.

3. Broken Hair Solutions:

* Applying a facial scrub with gentle pressure with hands or wet pad of cotton cloth.

* Avoid scrubs that contain particles of irregular shape, such as fruit or crushed nut shells, which can increase the risk of tearing. Instead, choose products made with fine grains.

* Skin irritation, itching

The use of two physical exfoliating with a facial or a combination of physical scrub with a chemical, such as a lotion exfoliation followed by cholic acid can be removed too protective layer of the skin and increase its sensitivity.

Solutions for skin irritation:

* Use physical or chemical peels, but not at the same time.

4. Damage After waxing

Some chemical peels may weaken the bonds between cells, making it easier for the wax to remove a deeper layer of skin.

Remedy:

* Stop using products containing alpha hydroxy acids or retinoids at least one week before the appointment with the beautician in the regime of skin care.
