We’re talking about matters of premature aging of skin and beauty. There is no precise definition of when it starts aging and it is premature. It sometimes happens that the girls are 22 years or see a gray lines and wrinkles and believe they are entering panic.

Normal changes (normal aging)
Between 20 and 25 the call is lost baby fat on the face and thus the features are defined by giving a sexy and mature appearance. Causes of premature skin aging
There are external and internal causes. The most affected are:

Sun
Sun exposure accelerates the aging of the skin because it damages the mechanisms that keep young how the production of collagen and elastin. The sun-damaged skin does not regenerate at the same rate as healthy skin.

Feeding
A diet poor in nutrients and high in sugar junk especially noticed in the texture and freshness of the skin. The consumption of omega-3 fats and vegetables is vital for the skin.

Smoke
Smoking is intoxicating and accelerates skin aging.

High and low weight
Produce flaccidity in the face to lose fat.

Low fat
If extremely thin people tend to have no fat in the skin making it look more mature.

Stress
Stress alters hormones and causes the skin to regenerate at the rate required to stay young.

Hydration
The lack of moisture on the skin, ingesting fluids and eating vegetables and fruits makes the skin more sensitive to environmental damage.

Lack of calcium
If there is a lack of calcium the bones become smaller resulting in sagging.

Mind body
Believing that we are no longer youth can have a negative effect on how we see ourselves and others see us.
