Enemies of your skin

skin enemiesOur precious skin has many enemies. These attackers constantly attack causing wrinkles, lines, spots and others. Meet some of their more powerful enemies and protect your skin.


Stress
Few things cause as much damage to the skin and constant stress. No matter how expensive is the creams that are used or continue treatments but stress is controlled suffers because skin collagen is destroyed and loses the freshness of youth. Smoking and drinking

Lack of fat and nutrients

The sun
This we know. The sun is responsible for most skin damage caused by the environment. It is important to wear sunscreen every day to stay young and prevent stains.


Bad habits
