Mask for Sensitive SkinThis Natural Mask for Sensitive Skin is simply wonderful, especially for a skin cracked, sunburned or otherwise irritated. They have to prove it!


  • 1 cup plain yogurt (preferably fresh from the frigidly)
  • 1 / 2 cup oatmeal (any type)

Preparation and use:

  • Mix the two ingredients.
  • Apply to the skin for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Remove with a damp cloth and warm (can be in the microwave, but with very careful of over-heat).

Extra Tip: This mask is good for any skin type. If oily skin, you just need to add a few drops of lemon juice and be dry skin, add a couple tablespoons of honey. And presto!
