The sauna is beneficial for health

Although saunas offer a therapeutic experience, some do more, while the heat is released. In the traditional sauna with wood heating, gas or electricity, the steam “out” by the stones in the oven and spread in the room. The heat increases the heart rate, dilation of blood vessels and improves circulation.

Because of the high temperatures, the person begins to sweat and eliminate toxins from the body (as in a session of cardio). Add some ‘lavender or eucalyptus and suddenly you feel the benefits of aromatherapy. You can relax more and you may feel better immediately.

Other advantages of infrared saunas, which use the natural heat to penetrate deep into the skin faster than hot air in the room. Because they operate at lower temperatures, breathing is less difficult.

This heat accelerates the heart rate and metabolism so you lose pounds while you relax. Many people go to saunas to burn excess calories. In addition, the muscles will relax and the body. And that could help a lot, after a hard work and will help you get rid of pain or injury.

Tips for a sauna with results
- Do not eat so much and heavy before going to the sauna and do not drink alcohol.
- Not even drink other liquids is not recommended because the sauna has purifying effect.
- Take a shower before the sauna, in order to remove the layer of natural fat from the skin and more. Dry thoroughly with a towel.
- Go to the bathroom before entering the sauna.
- Do not drink anything between the first and second round of the sauna, the liquid ingested this time will prevent the effect of detoxification.
