It can be controlled Acne: Do not hide!

13 Aug

AcneStress can make acne worse because it alters the immune system and the production of hormones (androgens), which makes it worse.

What causes anxiety stress makes people squeeze injuries thus increase inflammation and scarring may result.

The causes of acne are:

- Hormones
- Increased sebum production
- Alteration of the normal skin desquamation
- Bacteria (P. acnes)

Why?

You probably know that your body produces many hormones when you reach puberty.

Some of these hormones (called androgens) because the sebaceous glands produce more sebum quantity, these glands are located especially in the face, neck, back and chest areas where acne appears frequently.

The non-inflammatory acne can be: only comedones (blackheads) or inflammatory papules (pimples).

You can have both types simultaneously.

When should I see a dermatologist?

When the first lesions appear and the face gets oily.

The dermatologist will order the appropriate treatment which will end up saving time and money.

Bear in mind that the treatment of acne can last for months or years to prevent relapse.

ACNE 1, 2, 3

Acne is a disease that must be handled by a dermatologist and not for household or consumer goods.

Acne is a chronic disease. When the patient is improved in the acute stage, topical treatment should continue with maintenance to prevent relapse.

Recent research has shown that certain foods make your acne worse: dairy, sugar, refined flour, because they stimulate insulin production and this in turn increases the production of androgens, which are direct triggers of acne.
