Say goodbye to cellulite with natural alternatives

celluliteThe dreaded cellulite deteriorates the appearance of our skin. This disorder affects the connective tissue of the skin, causing inflammation, poor circulation and fat accumulation. The result is an unsightly appearance of “orange peel” that usually appear on thighs, buttocks or arms.
No one gets rid of cellulite or thin women. But what we can do is fight it with exercise, drinking plenty of water and natural alternatives, such as those we detail below:

Plants to improve circulation:


Centella asiatica. It is the main component of many anti-cellulite creams, increasing venous and lymphatic circulation and promotes collagen production.
Chestnut. The fruits of this tree strengthen vein walls and prevent swell.
Note that both plants should be avoided during pregnancy and lactation.
Supplements to burn fat:

Papain and bromelain. These enzymes are derived from the papaya and pineapple, respectively, and help mobilize fat stores promoting their elimination through the kidneys. Tablets is recommended to take two or three times a day and always before meals.

Vitamin C with bioflavonoids. Promote the production of collagen and circulation enhancing benefits the walls of veins and arteries. Citrus fruits, kiwi fruit or peppers are rich in these substances, but can also increase your intake with supplements.

Complementary Therapies:

Lymphatic drainage. This massage stimulates the activity of the lymphatic vessels (a system that runs the body as if it were a drain for waste disposal. The sessions last a half hour to an hour, and are recommended once or twice a week. Avoid if you suffer from cardiovascular diseases or infections.

Poultice of red or green clay. It helps eliminate toxins through the skin. Prepare a poultice of cold water and 1 cm thick applied over the affected area. Cover with a porous fabric and let stand for 45 minutes.

Aromatherapy in the bath. Half-hour dive in the tub with warm water, add seaweed and a few drops of peppermint oil, lemon, cypress or hamamelis. Finish with a cold shower in the legs.
Homeopathy . The Apis acts on the accumulation of fluids, which can help reduce inflammation of cellulite and improve the appearance of orange peel.
